Profile

Dr. Oduro has been a lecturer since 1985.He has specialised in Mathematical Modelling, Optimal control Theory, Mathematical Economics and Mathematical Physics. Currently lectures Engineering Math, Classical Fields, Theoretical Mechanics,Optimal Control Theory,Mathematical Economics, Operations Research and Computer Aided Network Design. Since 1997, has completed the supervision of 25 MSc dissertations and several BSc Final year projects.Also the Project Director of FASCI an academic record processing software for KNUST.

He is a member of the International Biometrics Society, Mathematical Association of Ghana, Ghana Science Association and was a Junior Associate of the International Centre for Theoretical Physics (1987-1990) An alumni of this department,having obtained his postgraduate degrees Master's [1981] and Doctorate [2006] from this university. His research interests are in Geometrical Methods in Optimization and Control and Math Models of Physical, Environmental, Economic & Health Systems.
